The building’s name, The Verdesian, is derived from verde, and reflects the green principles followed throughout its design, construction and management. The Verdesian combines sophisticated technologies with natural materials to optimize resident comfort, maximize efficiencies, and enhance indoor air quality while conserving the earth’s precious resources.
Each residence features:
• Fresh filtered air, continuously humidified or dehumidified, depending on climate conditions.

Engrafics was approached to provide comprehensive signage services for the environmentally advanced residential tower. Ranging from directional and regulatory signage to building identification signs. They depended on us to execute the signage program in line with the landscape architect’s specifications using the highest quality products and components.
